What do you think of the song “Eyes On The Prize Acoustic”?

I posted a new song that I’m working on up at my site (www.lapoema.com). I’ll leave it up for a few days, but I’m wondering what you think of it. It started out as a power punk song (I know right), but being an independent artist, I can do what I like, and I confess, I like power pop/rock/punk music. So, I thought it would be good for the Acoustic album I’m working on as well. I’d love to hear your opinion and know if it is something you would like to hear or if you would like to see me change something.
